NCAA Specifications

The official specification of the NCAA court can be found in NCAA Men's Basketball Rules which is on the NCAA site.

NBA Specifications

The NBA court is specified in the NBA Rule Book which can be found on the NBA Official Rules page. The rule book seems truncated to me and does not include the diagram it refers to. However, there is a detailed court diagram in the Case Book.

FIBA International Specifications

The FIBA site is currently broken, but the rules are in there somewhere.
